The Hall is on one level with a composite floor. The entrance has a ramp allowing for wheelchair access. The kitchen has a serving hatch. Ladies, Gents and Disabled Toilet are provided. Outside there is a small garden area with Parking space in front of the hall for approx 12 vehicles. See further details below.

To comply with our 'Premises Licence', the maximum number of persons the hall can accommodate is 100.
The kitchen, which has a 3 metre serving hatch.
Large electric oven. grill and hob.
An Urn, 2 electric kettles.
Hot and cold water sink.
Crockery - limited supply of cups, saucers, plates, side plates, teapots, glasses and cutlery.
Tea towels are not provided.
19 tables - (183cm x 76cm) seating up to 8 persons at each table.
90 chairs - which can be arranged to your seating requirements.
Table trolleys must be used when loading and unloading tables. There are two brakes front & rear, on each trolley. When moving the trolleys the strap must be put tighly across the front of the tables. When put back into the storage area ensure the trolley brakes are engaged and the strap is holding the tables tightly in place. Brush, dustpan and a mop is provided. Bin bags must be provided by the hirer and all rubbish generated during the event must be removed from the premises.
The hall is not licensed to sell or supply alcohol unless a 'Temporary Events Licence' is first obtained from Central Bedfordshire Council.
Ladies, Gents and Disabled toilets all with fitted hand dryers.

A small enclosed rear outdoor garden area is available.
There is limited parking in front of the Hall, maximum of 12 parking spaces - subject to sensible parking and at owners risk. On road parking also is available immediately in front of the hall grounds. Access to the hall door must be kept clear at all times in case of emergency.
We meet all the current Safety Regulations. Hirers should acquaint themselves with the location of Fire Exit and the use of Fire Equipment. Details are on the Notice Boards. Automatic Emergency lighting is in place.
