Fire & Safety:
The hall is on one level and has an entrance ramp allowing for disabled access. Inside, the hall has high ceilings, a composite floor and provides modern facilities.

Maximum 100 persons as agreed with the Fire Officer.
The kitchen, which has a 3 metre serving hatch is designed to provide an excellent preparation area for food and drink, is equipped with wash/rinse/drain sink with hot and cold water. There is also a 10 litre hot water dispenser, electric kettles, teapots, a microwave, electric oven and hob, refrigerator, crockery, - cups, saucers, tea plates and dinner plates and glasses, a limited amount of cutlery. Tea towels are not provided.
19 tables - (183cm x 76cm) seating up to 8 persons at each table. 100 chairs all which can be arranged to your requirements. Seating for 90 people.
Table trolleys must be used when loading and unloading tables. There are two brakes front & rear, on each trolley. When moving the trolleys the strap must be put tighly across the front of the tables. When put back into the storage area ensure the trolley brakes are engaged and the strap is holding the tables tightly in place. Brush, dustpan and a mop is provided. Bin bags must be provided by the hirer and all rubbish generated during the event must be removed from the premises.
The hall is not licensed to sell or supply alcohol unless a 'Temporary Events Licence' is first obtained from Central Bedfordshire Council.
Ladies, Gents and Disabled toilets all with fitted hand dryers.

A small enclosed rear outdoor garden area is available.
There is limited parking in front of the Hall, maximum of 12 parking spaces - subject to sensible parking and at owners risk. On road parking also is available immediately in front of the hall grounds. Access to the hall door must be kept clear at all times in case of emergency.
We meet all the current Safety Regulations. Hirers should acquaint themselves with the location of Fire Exit and the use of Fire Equipment. Details are on the Notice Boards. Automatic Emergency lighting is in place.
